If you are looking for first edition fiction that tries different ways of telling a story then you might well be interested in the new novel by Gordon Burn  - 'Born Yesterday' - which takes the events of 2007 and weaves them into a fascinating narrative which blurs the division between fact and fiction. Here are two new novels from very different authors. Firstly there's the debut novel from Poppy Adams 'The Behaviour of Moths' - a compulsively readable novel about loneliness, eccentricity and ultimately madness. This is the 40th year of the Man Booker prize and this year in addition to the main award there will be another 'Booker of Bookers' announced. The novel which won this award after 25 years of the prize was Salman Rushdie for 'Midnight's Children'. The author has a new novel out this year entitled 'The Enchantress of Florence'.
