Delivery

We generally ship our books by Royal Mail second-class post within 3 to 5 working days in the UK. Orders should be received within 7 working days, but please note that at busy times there may be a delay. Overseas orders are usually sent by Royal Mail airmail and should be received within 7 to 21 working days. Please let us know by email if you require quicker or signed for services. All the books we send are covered by our own insurance.

Out of Stock Books

In the event that an book you order is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible by email to let you know and offer you an alternative. If this is not acceptable a full refund will be issued.

Returns

We make every effort to describe a book fully, but if it proves to be faulty or damaged on arrival please let us know and we will replace it or offer a refund as appropriate, including the cost of original postage and packing, and the cost of return. However if you decide to return your purchased items for other reasons we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery to you, provided you inform us of your decision by email. We will refund the full amount of the costs of goods, including postage and packing, but excluding the cost of returning the book to us.

Please return goods in original packaging and in the same condition you received them; if goods are returned damaged then a charge may be deducted for this.

Recycling

We often use recycled packaging materials.

Privacy and Internet safety

We will not share your email address with a third party. We may from time to time let you know about special offers from firsts in print unless you wish to opt out.

We do not have access to your payment card details. Once you have paid through our payment provider we receive a confirmation email, upon which goods will be despatched. We are, however, able to issue refunds.
